By booking with Liv & Bloom Rentals, you (the “Renter”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure a safe, smooth, and respectful experience for everyone.

1. Safety & Supervision

• The Renter is fully responsible for the safety and supervision of all individuals using the bounce house(s) during the rental period.

• Liv & Bloom Rentals will not be present during your event, and does not supervise or monitor bounce house use.

• Adult supervision is required at all times during use.

• While our mini bounce houses are best suited for toddlers and younger kids, one of our units is suitable for older kids and adults — please respect each unit's intended use and follow the recommended occupancy and weight limits.

2. Liability & Damages

• The Renter is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of rental equipment during the rental period.

• Any equipment damaged beyond repair must be replaced at the Renter’s expense.

• The Renter agrees to pay for any necessary repairs resulting from misuse or negligence.

3. Deposit, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• If your event is impacted by an "Act of God" (e.g., weather), your deposit may be credited toward a future reservation within 6 months, based on availability.

• Reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours before your event.

4. Set-Up Requirements

• The Renter agrees to provide:

  • A clear, level surface that is at least 2 feet wider than the bounce house dimensions on all sides.

  • An appropriate surface: grass, turf, concrete, or asphalt only.

  • No setups will occur on dirt, rocks, gravel, mulch, or other unsafe surfaces.

  • Access to a power source (standard 3-prong outlet) within 50 feet of the setup area.

• If these requirements are not met upon delivery, setup will be refused, and the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Weather Conditions

• Bounce houses must not be used during rain, lightning, or wind speeds over 15 mph.

• If weather shifts during your event, the Renter must deflate and secure the bounce house immediately.

6. Use Guidelines

• No food, drinks, shoes, sharp objects, silly string, or pets inside the bounce house.

• No climbing on the outside walls or roof.

• Respect the weight limits and number of users per unit (posted on each unit or in product descriptions).

• Please monitor children's play for safety at all times.

7. Indemnification

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Liv & Bloom Rentals, its owners, agents, and employees, from any claims, damages, injuries, legal actions, or liabilities arising from the use of rental equipment.

8. Photography Consent

Liv & Bloom may capture or be sent photos from events. By booking, you grant permission to use these images for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing before your event.

9. Late Pickup Fee

Delays caused by the Renter (e.g., inaccessible location, late departures, unresponsive communication) may incur a $25+ fee per 30-minute delay.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Liv & Bloom Rentals reserves the right to cancel or terminate a setup without refund if:

• The location is unsafe or unfit,

• Terms are violated,

• Staff are treated disrespectfully.

11. Payment Policy

• Deposits are required at the time of booking.

• Full payment is due prior to delivery, unless otherwise arranged.

• Payment can be made via the accepted methods shown at checkout.

12. Agreement Acknowledgement

By placing your booking, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

• You accept full responsibility for the rental equipment, the safety of guests, and compliance with the policies listed above.
